Chuck was terrific! He answered questions in a timely and thorough manner, usually the same day. If he didn’t know the answer, he took it upon himself to contact Outdoorsy for clarification. The RV was spacious and very nice. It matched the description and pictures perfectly and performed well. We had absolutely no issues with Chuck, the rv, or Outdoorsy. I would rent from Chuck again without hesitation.
